Why I love Luba? Luba Rascheff is a chaplain and Certified Spiritual Life Coach through Transformation Academy, based in Toronto, Ontario. For the past eight years, she has supported several thousand people—primarily older adults in long-term care and retirement living, as well as younger individuals navigating major life transitions.

My heart jumped when I saw an article on Allyship written by Brad Walsh from Empowerography (See article: https://lnkd.in/eDmFVQju). You can build Sisterhoods and Brotherhoods, however Allyship supporting women's voices is a new concept to me. It is a concept not readily accepted or celebrated through millenia in our systems. Women feel MORE. We OFFER more. We are MORE.  
This was one of the most educational and eye-opening discussions because I literally felt paradigms shifting, patriarchal programming breaking down as well as a new language being birthed, as we spoke. During the conversation, my nervous system relaxed which says a lot about the soul synergy here.

✅MMJ practice (Movement, Meditation, and Journaling) for men
✅Male allyship in supporting women's voices in corporate settings
✅How men can become better allies by practicing self-awareness

So, yes men also are called to do the "work" because this is also how they find their masculine/feminine energetic balance. This is how they heal their shadows and cut through illusions built up to sustain systems built from ego. In essence, men doing the work and raising their vibration through different modalities, brings sovereignty to the energy body.

Getting Back to Basics!
Have you ever overridden your own inner knowing because it was just easier? I know I have.
In this deeply honest conversation, Melanie Richards and I explored the sacred role trust plays in both our personal and professional lives. We spoke about how trust is not something we simply give away. It is something we cultivate first within ourselves.
We begin building relationships rooted in trust by:
*Cultivating self-trust*Doing shadow work (yes, you have to do the work!) and;
*Courageous introspection
Together, we unpacked the complexity of repairing trust once it has been broken. We also explored how intuition and self-trust become guiding lights when navigating complicated emotional landscapes.
Our conversation also touched on the importance of self-care as a foundation for discernment, growth, and relational wellness. I know in the work that I do that when a woman is connected to herself, trust becomes easier to recognize, extend, and protect.
