📢Dr. Mary is the owner of Lifetime Wellness Associates LLC. She is also a Professor of Education and Director of Educator Licensure for 35 years at Shenandoah University in Virginia, teaching and leading undergraduate and graduate programs for teachers. She taught high school English, media, and journalism for 8 years, along with coaching a dance troupe, leading a broadcasting club, and advising a newspaper staff. 

She has been married 38 years to a now-retired radio/TV announcer and podcaster, and is the mother of two adult children. 

Dr. Bowser has been a Nikken Consultant for 23 years and an Alignable Ambassador in her local area for 3 years.
