Dee Hoch, based in Roanoke, Virginia, is the Managing Director of Ignite Purpose USA. Her journey in the professional realm began with community health outreach, eventually leading her to manage grants aimed at expanding access to hepatitis C testing and treatment. Her career path then took a significant turn towards organizational development. During this phase, she pursued a Master’s in Executive Leadership and earned an Associate Coaching Certification. Further enriching her portfolio, Dee hosts a podcast that shines a light on individuals who are living their purpose in the face of adversities.

Dee Hoch’s leadership philosophy is a blend of empowering and transformational principles, augmented by a strong emphasis on coaching and development. She firmly believes in the untapped potential within every individual. Her role, as she perceives it, is to facilitate the discovery and realization of this potential in an environment that is both supportive and inclusive.
